Membership is free.

AFFILIATE TERMS

AFFILIATES are compensated for 4 levels of referrals and AFFILIATE'S own account.

AFFILIATES are compensated at the rate of 15% of the commission generated per AFFILIATE referred for 4 levels.

Whenever an AFFILIATE'S page generates $35 dollars in commission { 1 CELLPHONE CONTRACT }, AFFILIATES are compensated for all pages that have generated any earnings within AFFILIATE'S referred network for four levels. AFFILIATES continue to recieve payment every 3 months for a total of 4 occurances whenever an AFFILIATE earns $100 total from all pages in his/her network.

If an AFFILIATE earns over $35 from his/her page then the AFFILIATE will have to earn that much less the next year in order to be paid. The AFFILIATE will not have to wait to get paid for the extra earnings, the AFFILIATE simply needs to earn less the next year in order to qualify for payment.

Payment qualifications are designed to stimulate the economic flow. If you have 10,000 people below you over 4 levels, this will keep much more money coming to you than you would ever be spending.

If at any point a member is due $1,000 and is not scheduled to recieve payment due to not having generated $35 in commission, the member will be PAID.

AFFILIATES are allowed only one account, multiple accounts will be deemed as fraud and is cause for termination.

Membership in non-transferrable in any form. Any attempts at misrepresenting one's identity is cause for termination.

In the event of account termination for any reason, all referrals will be assigned to the person(s) who referred the member.

MySavingspot cannot be responsible for the actions and warrantees of the companies we advertise for.

AFFILIATES must be logged into this site in order to recieve credit for purchases. Whenever making a purchase your computer must not have visited the advertiser in the last 60 days unless it was from your account at MySavingSpot. ( Some cookies last less that 60 days. If you can erase cookies than it is sometimes possible that this rule will not apply)

If you aren't logged in and make a purchase in good faith we will do our best to credit you.

If an advertiser refuses to pay a commission for any reason the amount will be credited against the AFFILIATE's earnings requirements only.

All commissions are for 1 time purchases unless specified otherwise ( unlimited or different terms for returns). Most companies allow commissions on all products but we are in the procsess of specifying this.

These terms may be modified although no member will ever recieve a lower percentage than when they joined.
